Personally, I think lies should be taxed, especially if told by the wealthy, especially including corporations. Lies damage society and people should be able to sue for societal defamation.

I almost always tell the truth. I never bothered to learn how to lie well.
These people, like Trump, just say any dumb shit that comes into their minds. And the mindless Internet picks it up, it goes viral and millions of brain dead’s suck it up. 100 years ago, when it spread by word of mouth, it took a lot longer. But slime always flows through empty brains.
