Google is greatly confused and overstepping the lines. Recently I was going to do something that would have me sign in to my account even though I was already in my e-mail. Google quickly wanted to confirm it was me in my own e-mail so they sent me a confirmation code to my phone. Imagine that. Google thinks someone else is using my e-mail. What if someone else was also using my phone? Well, Google has to be in control. Just this morning I was in my e-mail and Google sent me a congratulations message. They claimed to have successfully rescued my e-mail account.

Denno. I use Gmail myself but I can see the end of the line when they become to pushy about what they know about me, the ads in email are beginning to get annoying. I can see myself switching to a paid mail service that doesn't advertise, or require information they do not need to know. Just throwing that out for your discretion. Have a wonderful day. A bit warm here today but the sun is putting in cameos.

I here you. Google search does not work any longer either. I used specific words and it used to take me to Internet areas that were dealing with my problem or that had information. Now the google search avoids certain words and often takes you to "sponsored" pages. WTF? This started getting out of hand when everybody was showing you what you were looking at on the Internet. Facebook was the worst. Now Google comes undone if I use my VPN. It thinks someone in Chicago is pretending to be me.

@DenoPenno You might try perplexity ai I have found it be a bit better at answering questions w/o the commercial bent.

@PaddyO Thank you so very much for perplexity ai. I have now found that website on my computer and simply go there and ask it questions. You get answers without any biased opinions on almost anything.
