“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Note the phrase, “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” Rarely in history, prior to the Dobbs decision in 2023, had the Supreme Court violated the Constitution by taking rights away from citizens of the United States, and never at such a scale.

In Fischer v United States (No. 23–5572) the Supreme Court twisted logic and the plain letter of the law to aid an insurrectionist. In Trump v United States (No. 23–939) the Court not only aids an insurrectionist, but places one person above the law.

Given the above, and their blatant lack of ethics, the Supreme Court has become a clear and present danger to the Constitution and the Republic.

President Biden has taken an oath to faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Per the arguments before the Court in Trump, the Justices knew that they were literally authorizing the President to use Seal Team Six for assassinations, provided they were done as official acts.

The Trump decision gives President Biden the right to use Seal Team Six to defend the Constitution from a clear and present danger. Per his oath of office he has the responsibility and obligation to do so.

The only thing keeping President Biden from using Seal Team Six to put six justices six feet under is his basic decency as human being.
