Usually after just hearing or reading an idea , but do you put that idea to the test or just accepting it without proof? Books can say fantasy things which cannot be proved. Good literature IS provable .

Correct! Mein Kampf is a book, the Bible is a book, The Art of The Deal is a book. There are as many books promoting evil as there are promoting good. It’s up to the individual to sort out which is which.
