Yeshua, or Jesus, taught that the divine is inside us and to connect with it. Christ is that connection. Religion, on the other hand, teaches us to look outside ourselves and worship it. Religion is the disconnection.

Jesus is a fictional charecter.

Jesus may be fictional but the word Christ is a title and not a name. Lots of people proclaimed to be the Christ and they could have had many names.
