Excessive stress is harmful to your health. But, growth and and high levels of performance necessitate stress and produce higher levels of satisfaction.

No, I tried, reading a book, writing a diary and going for a walk. But I kept bumping into and falling over things, it was really very stressful.

There are more enjoyable ways to relieve stress. 😉
