The Vatican doesn't have a gun problem but the pope dives around in a bullet proof car. Most political leaders have protection in one way or another. The op here has a bad take.
Then it would seem the world has a gun problem.
I would like to point out though that the Pope, not the current one, but John Paul II, was shot in the U.S. Also, leaders of other countries that don't use bullet proof protection at home, want it, and will use it in the U.S.
