We use solar power on our property on as many things as we can. It works great, we have power in places we can't run electrical wires, we haven't had problems and it saves us money.

The robots will easily take them out.

I wish people would wake up and use renewable energy on a micro scale eg self powered buildings. Using renewables to power a grid is totally inefficient and allows a select few to maintain control. From a security point of view, also makes sense as there will no longer be critical infrastructure that can depower many with one hit. Like Ukraine is facing at the moment.
