'When we tell you to do something, you do it, motherfucker!'

Not only that, but they dragged the guy out of his car by the neck, laid him face down, put a knee in his back, and handcuffed him. All because he didn’t keep his car window rolled down.

How did we get here? When did authority turn into brutality?

Authority has always been synonymous with brutality. The difference now is that most everyone has phones and know how to film it. Sometimes even that isn't enough to convince people it exists, like the significant number of people who thought he brought it on himself by not complying.
