An item I see as just more proof the people in high places (like SCOTUS or today’s SCROTUS) are too often unable to see the far reaching and bigger picture of their decisions. Many, non-‘learned jurists’ saw and continue to see the extreme problems with their decisions which may very well destroy the system it portends to serve. This is another example of the problem with Citizens United.
