I need clarification . . . do you mean when the world ends in five billion years when the sun becomes a red giant? Or do you mean when the world "ends" for us as humans when we annihilate ourselves and a lot of other organisms along with us?

How ever, it's just when the world ends, by what ever means.

However, if it is the actual destruction of the world, yes, it will stop spinning. If humans and other organisms all die, no, it will keep spinning.
