Why the goverment of india cannot give a solution of rampant rape case in their country??? maybe some of officials are involved in raping women and children?

At the risk of being attacked by the cis gendered, and those who believe in the religious teaching of the "gender binary" paradigm, I have a strange notion..that maybe seeing women as inferior is a hard-wired male trait, that can take over, if strong women don't keep men in line.
I am androgyne, nonbinary, and a partial transmale. I used to be gender fluid, jumping back and forth between my male and female modes without realizing it, and when in one gender mode, I often couldn't remember what I'd done in the other gender mode. I finally realized what was happening when I read my messages to a transwoman friend from high school, while we were talking about gender issues.
When I was in "male mode," my attitude was scornful and patronizing toward women, seeing them as silly, but should be humored so as not to "upset" them.
At the same time, I found myself catering to women, refusing to argue with them, somehow hard-wired to try to protect them if they were female.
When I was in female mode, though, I looked down on men, calling them male chauvenist morons, and knuckle-dragging idiots. I rolled my eyes at them, seeing their worth only in what they could do for me.
By the way, if you troll me, I'll just block you.

I totally agree with you. it is in every country, let's face it. I completely see other humans as equals to each other, good and bad.
At the risk of being blocked.... that all seems pretty negative.in male mode you were patronising and scornful towards women... in female mode you looked down on men etc etc

@JimmyM Yup..a troll just arrived. It's like some cis hetero white male making the pronouncement that gays are choosing their orientation, or that blacks aren't being shot by police.
My point is that some of attitudes are hard-wired..like your own snide, condescending attitude. And yes, I will block you. I have no wish to talk to someone like you, even if you are hard-wired to sneer at women.
@LeighShelton One good thing that happened is that I accidentally discovered that a common Thai herb used as a muscle relaxer, blended my two gender modes so that they were no longer in conflict.
I'm now aware of what is happening in both gender modes, and they are at peace with each other instead of feeling hostility and resentment toward each other.
I often wonder if double gender modes is behind much of the self-hatred, cutting, etc. that people of mixed gender often experience.
@birdingnut we are all one part male and one part female but some people have it real close or even feel they are in the wrong body. you could be right.
Women and girls are chattel in much of the world. Property to be traded, used and abused as any man desires. Rape, in ancient times was recognised as any offence against the girl's father or older male relative. These notions continue to this day. The effects on the girl were and are inconsequential. Women were and are stoned to death for allowing themselves to be raped. Women in the west fought long and hard for the freedom to be people, to be treated equally, to live and work without the fear of sexual assault or rape. The amazing sisters in India are starting to wake up to the injustices there. Saying that we must never see this as an 'Indian' problem. Every 20 minutes a woman in USA, UK or EU is sexually assaulted and despite all our hard work, are still treated unfairly by courts and other authorities. Just last year a police poster in UK suggested that rape was basically caused by drunken females! We MUST never let it slide. We must remain vigilant. Every university student in USA who gets away with rape because he is a good sportsperson, every judge who suggests wearing short skirts causes rape, every university suggesting women who are 'half naked' (Story yesterday from Zambia) are distracting males...every single offence against women and girls needs to be condemned. Even the guy on here complaining about young women swearing. We have an absolute right to live free of fear. The metoo campaign recognised how widespread the problem is. It is not only the problem of young pretty women either, I am 51 years old and got sent the most vile message on FB messenger from this guy about what he would do to me, following a very gentle rejection on my part. Until a woman can say that the only thing she fears walking home in the dark is tripping up on her Ruby Shoes then we continue to have work to do. Much love xx

I have no doubt men at all levels share the same contempt for women in India. The whole culture, laws and attitudes need to change and that will not happen until even the existing laws are applied consistently and severely. My personal experience of India is that women are second-class citizens and don't be misled by the few middle-class women who say otherwise.
