Facts First: Trump’s claims are false.

As I have said before: What a compliment, that a man can be so caring as to consider the needs of girls and young women, and then pass legislation to help them. Of course, it isn't something new to provide menstrual hygiene products in schools, which is necessary. And, of course, without menstruation humans would not exist.
