A couple of weeks ago, @Admin posted a query about adding categories for Trans and Inter- persons. So, I believe they are working on making the site more accommodating. he wanted to not just have the categories, but to make sure they were current and "politically correct."

If I'm looking at the same thing, you can choose more than one option. You can choose all of them simultaneously so far as I know

You can enter as many gender categories as you like. I put down men, women, transmales, transwomen, etc.

If you meant a category for choosing threesomes, that's something you can arrange with a lover after you get together.
