So I’m recently single and I’m on Tinder. Tired of hiding who I am. Didn’t put atheist out there because there are a lot of people who just don’t care about religion, but don’t label themselves as atheist. Instead I put something like ... good girl but a little naughty. I’d feel just as comfortable in next office party as I would you taking me to a strip club.” Now I’ve been getting nothing but separated people. Have to qualify; I also put, “just looking to date.” And still getting separated or flat out hook ups. So what is the best way to say what you want, not looking for just hook ups, be honest and secular-searching at the same time? In 300 words or less. Go.

I think if you put strip clubs in Tinder that is just chum I the water for the sharks. I put atheist, no smoking and no drugs on myTinder profileandstill only had shallow responses. . Or a couple you seem nice, but I enjoy the drugs. I prefer ok Cupid or match where I can see more answers and about you than Tinder offers. You look like fun, unfortunately I moved to TN and don’t live in Plano any longer.

There are some group's on Facebook one in your area called secular singles of north texas and Fellowship of freethought dallas always holds events where other like minded people can meet.

Wish I knew what to tell you but, it's Tinder. I've been on for 2 years and have had very few matches. And of course, since you are female, you are going to get tons of horndog men no matter what you write as your bio.
My advice is to just say exactly what you want and then weed through responses. Not ideal, but then I know a lot of people don't even read the bios anyway. Just yesterday, despite having "atheist" in my profile, I had a woman like me on Bumble that had "Christian woman looking for Christian man" in her profile.

I would say you would have no problem dating, attractiveness you have in abundance.

You are very attractive and you’ll be getting a TON of responses on Tinder. Do not be afraid to narrow the field by telling them about your beliefs (or lack thereof). Much better to screen the religious people out now rather than wait until you’ve gone on a few dates. Just explain exactly what you want.
“Hi, my name is Gina, I’m a freethinker who respects religion but would rather not date a religious person. I’m not NOT looking for a hookup. I’m recently single and really would just like to slowly get back into this dating thing. My ideal match would be a stable career guy from Plano, maybe an engineer, who is also an athiest and loves stimulating intellectual conversation over coffee but is not afraid to go out drinking and painting the town red.”

How’s that? ?

I love it! Thanks Mark. You’re very witty.

It's simple. Say what you want. Some people will judge you no matter what you do or say. They do not matter.

I definitely would not put anything about being comfortable in a strip club. I mean what are you thinking? Just tell them what you are looking for, you do not need to mention anything about religion. And remember, one has to kiss a lot of frogs before the prince arrives.

I’m sexually adventurous and open minded. I want the same. There’s just not a lot of space on there so I’d figure I’d write it like that. That’s why.

@Gina123 Ok, but maybe it is not a good idea to be advertising it.

Hey Gina..Im not sure how far you are from N.M but if you're still in the market for a decent feller for more than a hook up..Well I'm your guy!

Why do you want to go to all that trouble ? Just be yourself for a change and see what happens ??

I accidentally started someone and he wrote this long response that praised the lord and thanked Jesus that I started him. Poor thing. I had to write back and say that swiping right was an accident and I was an atheist so we probably wouldn’t have worked anyway.

@Gina123
Thank goodness you noticed your mistake early. I think you are kinda cute ?
