I know some people are trying to make any excuse not to blame humans for climate change. But this excuse is just batshit crazy.

Trying to convince some of the idea seems to be the struggle so why not drop it from the conversation altogether? I don't need to convince someone that they affect the climate when I can clearly show that they would not like a ton of oil dumped in their backyard today. Humans can and do influence the environment we live in and that should be evidence enough to care for it today.

I doesn't take much more than a little common sense to conclude that humans are now the main driver of the evolution of this planets biosphere. It also seems that conservatives are the majority of deniers. They are afraid they may have to pay some sort of tax or their jacked up F350 is going to be outlawed.
