Like people everywhere , some are good , and some are bad . Some of what they are or choose to be , deals with how they were raised , some has to do with how they were trained , and some has to do with what they have to deal with everyday . Many years ago , a study was done among prisoners . So many claimed they were abused as children , that new measures were taken to control abuse of children . Since that time , school shootings have increased very dramatically . The pendulum , has swung too far . Some parents are so intimidated , to the point that children are not taught the basics of living in a civilized society . Some think they deserve the biggest , best and most of everything , and become bullies , when they don't get everything . Sometimes , a time out , doesn't relay the message , and they continue their unacceptable behavior . What they don't learn as children , they pay for later in life .

Law enforcement officers suffer from a low self esteem and this is the only way they can bully people around, legally ?
