I think because it's a first and unique as far as I know. I can't ever remember another example of a recording that sounds so completely different to two groups of people.

@DarrellBurnett you are correct on that. I checked it out online and I hear Yanny. But then the voices I hear often sound different to me than to other people LOL

@DarrellBurnett a few years ago there was the thing that looked like different colors. I haven't heard it yet. I was told about it. Now i am concerned for my well-being. No matter what i hear i could be damaged for life. well, what little there is left of it.

@Jacar I did see the one about the dress. It is all very interesting when we think about reactions other people have to things and wonder their reaction is so different. We see and hear things differently...well so much for world peace! LOL
