In Indianapolis, right near the Marriott East, is an old Waffle House. They renamed it to "Omlet House." Apparently part of the old sign fell down, and they just had the House part, so they had to misspell omelet to get it to fit.

My favorite Waffle House is in Collinsville, IL. Every time I have gone in there I felt this sense of despair, like someone had just died. You order your food, and they serve you whatever the hell they feel like, whether you had ordered that item or not. And don't give them no lip, either!
