I get heartburn from fried stuff, not from baked stuff. So take of the bread crumbs, put the stuff in the oven, and I might survive. Looks delicious though.

Thats funny because we had that in Vietnam and Thailand. We had a bottle bag hanging on our side with whiskey in it. We would buy these. 5 balls on a stick cooked over a small fire and coated with hot sauce. They called these monkey balls. I ate about 4 sticks and some sliced pineapple. Then would hit the bars. Hmmm.

Jalapeño is nearly like a pickle to me now though.
I do a Habanero mango sauce for Jamaican jerk which is....adjustable.
The sweet counteracts the heat quite a bit.
Just don't touch your eyes or nose until after thoroughly scrubbing your hands.
When get coleslaw that's sweet, I add hot sauce to counter the heat. Love jerk.
