The Irony of it is, that "if" there was such a personge, the average self descirbed evangelical, would not piss on a brownish, middle eastern, socialist leaning jew, if he was on fire.

socialist leaning? where does that come from? Not that I disagree with socialism but I don't see how Jesus would be seen as socialist leaning.

One of the main precepts of the "gospel jesus", was taking care of the poor, & living in communal fashion, not maybe socialism per-se, but socialist leaning in many respects.
