How do I get to level two to send messages???

Well I am not a true atheist because I think God's existence of .1% possibility. Personally I believe religion was created by human beings about 6000 years ago the more intelligent people used religion to control the less intelligent people. I only talked with one atheist and she gave me the impression that atheism is a religion against God and Christians. I was brought up in a nonreligious family we did not talk about religion. As my knowledge increased about religion I decided to be agnostic and that is what I tell people and they don't seem that concerned or maybe they don't know what the word means. Anyway I have never had a problem with religious people like so many people on this website claim to have. By the way my name is Dave.
