Good morning everyone. So the company I work for is a very young company, 2015 is when they launched. I handle the AP and commercial loans, plus we have investors to pay each week. This company is already 20M in debt, lost over a quarter of a million last year and now I'm seeing a cash flow problem. The thought of looking for a job is so stressful at this point in my life. I am blown away the way let so many people have access to the company debit cards to purchase whatever. The guys who started this company are in their early 40's, maybe late 30's. I really don't see how they can stay above water much longer. Some of the properties have more than 1 loan! Feeling stressed!
You see the handwriting on the wall and should get out before they go under. looking for a job is stressful, but you're better off getting another job now.
That's what I'm thinking!
Get ready to leap off that sinking ship before it drags you under, but make sure to have a plan. I've had to leap twice and I made it to shore.
I seems that us what I will have to do!
