Of course its always nice to meet face to face but getting to know someone on line gives you a little more background on who they are IF of course, they are being honest. But then again.. many people are not honest when you meet them face to face so you are dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.

Meet in person, if we are talking romantic dating. For me, a lot of attraction and compatability is physically based. Too much is missing on line. It's easy for people to get overly invested (their hopes WAY up) online, only to be disappointed when it does not translate to physical life. I greatly enjoy the flirt of seeing someone in person, first.
