As a former narcotics officer, I can HONESTLY say, Marijuana is the LEAST of our problems...actually is a created problem, based on lies....

It's pretty bad, but it pales in comparison to the racism behind pretty much the entire 'War On Drugs.'

There is even more to the history of the ban, and it all sickens me. Adults should have the right to decide for themselves what they put in their bodies, as long as independent scientific information is made available. People die from taking viagra, but they haven't linked deaths to pot yet.

It ought to be legalized........

It is slowly, with education.

Yes...I agree...state by state just like gay marriage was legalized. @NormCastle

It is truly mind-boggling how one individual can have so profound an influence on such matters. Reason dictates scientific research and studies should unequivocally be the determining factors for decisions as to the harmfulness, or lack thereof, of substances of this nature; that just seems like common sense. I have used cannabis off and on (mostly off) for over 50 years, as have friends of mine, and it has done no irreparable or irreversible harm to any of us, as far as I can tell.

And for it to be classified as a Schedule 1 drug, along with opioids and cocaine; how fucking absurd is that?

I like that talk. I also watched the Jack Herer Emperor Of Hemp documentary. Yet, more of money having more importance.

It's like most things that come out of DC anymore, utter bullshit.
