To these people it is not about the means but the ends. They want a hard core conservative system in place that is liberal proof. They want a one party (theirs) system in place. This should be obvious to all.

His own record speaks volumes as to his qualifications. This guy was a law clerk when he was appointed to the federal bench. He has never even provided legal representation in a court of law or prosecuted a single case before a court of law.
