My question to you as a Specialist scientific mind ..
Is human still in constant evolution?..And on any level?
And if it stops evolving ... what is the reason?

Evolution is a process and for any species the only thing that stops it is extinction.

I believe Every species is evolving, including vegetation, all the time. Different speeds, though, and sometimes taking wrong turns.
