My state is an embarrassment. I don't see what this "conscience" thing is about. If you want to work at an abortion clinic but don't want to do/assist with abortions, you can't do the job! There are plenty of jobs where this is not an issue. This is just an attempt to make workplaces more religion-friendly.

Maybe it's a sort of thing where they want to have it both ways,in a sense. I agree with your point. It's good to live by your conscience, but any business or service has an equal right to make requirements for the workers there. If you can't or won't meet those requirements, the appropriate thing to do is to stop working there.
