What does it mean that a member hovered verses visited my profile?

When you move your cursor over someone's info either on the right or their pic listed next to their comment/post. Not sure how long it needs to stay to count as a "hover" there but sometimes it just happens by accident.

It can be intentional or unintentional. I wouldn't consider it to have any significance.

A mouse scroll over your name shows a mini pop up bio.

It means the put the cursor of the mouse over your profile pick to see your info rather than go to your profile.
