Are there any people here who don't suffer from Trump derangement syndrome?

Are there any atheists who aren't far leftists? Ones who aren't SJWs? Ones who actually have a sense of humor and don't get easily offended by non-PC humor? Ones who don't think everyone slightly right of center is a fascist or racist?

There are more who don't suffer TDS than what anyone thinks. We like to stay in the background only because it's easier. However, there are times when something needs to be said and that's not very popular now a days. If someone respond to the TDS reference with the F word then bingo, we have a winner !!!.... Yes, it is a thing. Anyhow, I don't have TDS, I am not a SJW and yet I have been called racist (beats me), white supremacist (Ridiculous.. perhaps I should change my cartoon picture to a blue one), Nazi (I speak a bit of Dutch and German but I don't think that gave me credit to call myself Nazi), I have been called Russian and Putin lover (I say spasibo but nope, not russian either)..... all those things only because I say what I think. Most of the time I just skip but there are times when I feel like I need to say something. I have been cut off and maybe blocked (dunno and don't care) when people don't like what I say. Well, I am glad you ask. Yes, I am one of those people that don't have TDS and I actually like quite few things. If I was him then I would have stay behind my wealth and enjoy life like it's 1999. I thought he was going to drop it after the first wave of negativity and to my suprise, he is still standing and keeps getting stronger. The efforts to tarnish his administration keeps on going from the Russian collusion to the most ridiculous arguments that have ended in embarrasement to themselves (Yes, I am talking about creepy porn lawyer and Trump perhaps should not have tweeted the horse face comment but then again, he has the balls to call things the way they should be). Anyhow, last comment.... Kanye was right when he said "If he doesn't look good then non of us do". Anyway, is this posting for real or meant to troll, I don't know but i wanted to take the opportunity to say my peace.

Just hole yourself up in the conservative atheist group. Sorry but her profile looks like a troll anyway."Introverted, tinfoil hat wearing weirdo. I like animals a lot. I like classical music. I love hiking and the outdoors. I like people who think outside the box. I like Donald Trump!" May I also add that this person supports Trump because because they both are white supremacists, and support nationalism. Even if you do like Agent Orange you might be offended by that.

Oh, i fit that last part. I think liberals are pussies and Libertarians are cultists. Both are right of center. Oh and I assume you're a cultist too. It's your cult leaders that are the rascist nazis. Jim Jones never said there was cyanide he only said to drink. Libertarianism on the other hand is a form of fanaticism I understand people reaching on their own.

Whether your god is the color of your skin, green, or red white and blue, it all still boils down to fiction.

There are a few of us here. There a few groups that include conservative athesists, libritarians, and republicans.

@SpikeTalon it's still as hard for me to believe that a conservative atheist exists. Conservatives are never supposed to question the supreme authority of the Bible and it's racism and sexism homophobia and general intolerance to people who think onTheir Own.

@SpikeTalon but when it comes to the voting booth, Evangelical theocrats are far more likely to identify with conservative values. I'm also an independent, but believe that our rapidly expanding population can't survive without some form of cooperation. Libertarianism is every man out for himself, no rules, no taxes, no regulations and no laws. Humans breed worse than rabbits, so that's not going to be possible if you take the big picture into account. I agree that in certain ways they all suck, however, no man is a self-made success.

@SpikeTalon your right to an extent. Females tend to not identify as libertarians because we usually get stuck caring for infants who are among the most helpless in the animal kingdom. We can't kill our infants if raising them is not in our best interest. We also can't kill the sick, mentally handicapped ,elderly and disabled Among Us either. Humans will likely never make the world a better place because we're stupid animals. That what we can anticipate from the human animal, imperfection.

I removed myself from fb to avoid such a fate.. He represents everything I find repugnant. He stands for evertthing I was raised to abhor: lying. chesting, stealing, misogyny, racism bullying. ignorance, laziness. gluttony, harrassment. abusiveness to those lees fortunate, condesceding. cheap, smugness. myopic, selfish, self-centered, shallow, impulsive without appropriate knowledge, just to name a few.

Just to get a few extra dollars in our pockets, we are willing to sacrifice our values

Yep! If you're a conservative you would. The way I see it you either believe the human animal is a pack animal or you believe the human animal is an independent Hunter. I'm left off center because I believe the human animal is a pack animal.

I believe people need to make an effort and try hard to be responsible for their lives. I also recognize that the world is a tough place and some may need assistance despite trying hard. We should assume that every human as well as nation is selfish because it our nature. We should also assume that every nation and corporation wants to increase it's power to secure its survival and position.

There is no reason or evidence to support that everyone will help each other to secure a good life for everyone.

Back in the seventies and eighties the Northern Europeans leftist were where the left wing democrats are now. Since then they have list traction and the current mainstream position is a more centrist one like where right win democrats and left wing republicans overlap.

Every country should be well organized and have secure borders and sensible immigration policies that improve the countries competitive advantage but still help the people who are persecuted in their local area. I don't believe much in relocating a large group of people to a different culture they don't want to integrate into - I believe much more in helping people get well organized where they are.

I had a fun encounter some 2 year ago. I was using a dating service who set me up with a principal of a school of some 700 students. This was some months before the election. The lady could not hold back on commenting on politics and said that Trump was a racist. I asked which race she thought Trump was against? I heard all his comments about people and for instance tearing over a judge of Mexican origin but told her that Mexicans are not a race so which race? She could not answer - but said there are racist undertones in lots of what he does. Then I told her that she as a principal can't go around saying Trump is a racist is she can't say which race he is against. Guess what - That was the end of the date.

Don't get me wrong. I have followed Trump for some 25 years and hoped he would show us all how to grow the economy and be a great person of sound mind, intelligence, family values, morals and integrity. I did get number 1 but number 2 is severely lacking and impacting number 1.

I believe we are going through a phase that will last some 10 years or so. Thereafter there is hope for less radical positions because the country will be hugely indebted and the only way forward is a joint effort. The alternative is much worse - hopefully people will understand that.

The GOP is the far right now, the Democrats are the centrists, and progressives are on the left. If you're supporting Trump, you're supporting some of the most heinous and far right wing policies that have ever graced the Oval office. The trick they've pulled is to convince too many of their uneducated and uninformed base that they're now "slightly right of center".

I'm not an SJW or easily offended. I would be listed these days as a progressive since I want money out of politics and don't think corporations are people as much as people are people who deserve to have affordable healthcare and education. Those are now "far left" policies and that fact is fucking insane.

@DaringDavid Do you support the unaffordable defense budget, what about the unaffordable high income tax breaks, or the unaffordable corporate welfare? There's plenty of fucking money up there, don't buy into the bullshit the GOP sells that we're breaking the bank on healthcare and education while we spend $85M per F35.

@DaringDavid There's no such thing as the "unafforable healthcare act" if you're making a weak pun on the Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare, I do support it. I actually support Medicare for all since I've looked at the cost analysis and understand that it's actually cheaper and provides better quality than our current system because you know...math.

@DaringDavid You don't trust math because you don't understand it, pretty typical of conservatives. Don't you have a meme to make or another joke to tweet about something else you don't understand? How else will you get other idiots to buy into your bullshit?

Voted for the guy, love how many people hate him for basically nothing, and the fact he was memed into the presidency and memes his way to the hearts of many.

He isn't a saint by any measure, and I really only voted for him because I reeeeaaally didnt want Hillary

Be more specific about TDS. Type I or Type II.

It appears in this instance you are specifically referring to Type II TDS which occurred as a response to Type I TDS. Type I TDS is an affliction of the reality show celebrity's unhinged groupies, sometimes referred to as Cult45. They find no fault with their divine messiah. They think that any little criticism of dear leader could only come from humorless, far-left, SJWs. Some questions whether atheists with Type II TDS can really be considered atheists.

Those with Type II TDS, the extreme Trump haters, will find fault in and overreact to every little thing Trump does. HuffPo is likely their only news source.

Cheers!
