Actually Obama got Obamacare through a backdoor unconstitutional trick that avoided debate in the Senate. Trump should have gone that route, and he would have his wall.

Really? What was the "unconstitutional trick"? Here is a bit of history for you.

@KenChang Here's a lengthy explanation, and my memory was not 100% correct. The Dem's had 60 Senate votes when the Obamacare legislation originated and 59 Senate votes when the Obamacare legislation concluded. The Republicans never had 60 Senate votes, so the methods the Democrats used was not an option open to Trump and the Republicans.
