I do think that if it is legal, it shoudl be heavily regulated and taxed. It is far less harmful than tobacco cigarettes, as they chemically alter those to make cigarettes as addictive as possible.
Republicans have historically lobbied to keep cigarettes legal, even though they are more harmful.
