Hell yes. As it should be everywhere. I had measles as a child, and mumps. I had to start school a year late because of them... almost a year too late, because the Measles almost killed me. I still remember how utterly awful I felt during those first two months after being diagnosed. It's one of my earliest memories I can still access.
