Sometimes "batshit crazy" just isn't enough explanation for the crazy in certain people. (And should a cop with at least 2 protective orders against her really be trolling the streets with lethal weapons & a badge? In sane countries, with sane gun laws, these domestic violence matters would null/void her legally possessing guns. Alas, she's not only allowed, she's paid to do so.)
She wanted to murder a teenaged girl ... beyond twisted. smh

there was a report on Dateline recently about another F police officer that entered her ex boyfriend's home & shot his wife. she was caught & charged many yrs later, thanks to DNA.
one would think that the law enforcement agencies would be able to filter these psychos out.
