For St. Patricks Day I was thinking of learning to play the bagpipes but, it might be more cost effective to just put on a skirt and squeeze my really fat cat.

although both the Scottish and the Irish do wear Kilts - not skirts and play pipes

Probably easier than the Northumbrian small pipes or Uillean pipes. On 01/03/2018 @wotsthat posted a great video on "Traditional and Folkmusic" featuring many different types of bagpipes. #Bagpipes [agnostic.com]
