Seriously. No, really ... seriously. If these cops can't tell a 10 year old boy from an armed suspect there's something more wrong than the usual racism. smh
Local authorities are pushing young cops to be overly careful but also pushing the patrol boundaries so even a non-racist cop is trigger happy seeing squirt water pistols and feared drive by shooters of all ages.....they make their money on traffic stops and hear on the radio poor descriptions of "suspects" in their huge patrol areas....gone are the days of cops only armed with billy clubs and handcuffs
