The hantavirus or indian flu easily reproduced, can be dispersed in large quantities, airborne, no known cure, kills quickly.

Polycystic kidney disease which I have. I will eventually need a kidney transplant or go on dialysis to live.

I would say Alzheimer's - but that seems to cause far more suffering in those that care about the Alzheimer's person, than the person who has it.

An invasive, runaway cancer tops my list.
