These Justices brilliantly got away without having to rule at all. Just send it back to the Federal Judiciary, that's already blocked 2 Bills, 2 times each. the last time he ruled with stern warning to Alabama law makers: don't try this nonsense again. This is indeed, great news.

SCALIA would have a hissy fit...did Kavanaugh open his mouth ? This means no more than 3 so called justices want to review settled law 4 could drag it up for full hearing but not anything DE NOVO....
