Those interviewed who live in the communities affected did not seem in favor of these raids. Indeed, many criticized the behavior of both the ICE agents AND the U.S. District Attorney in charge of this whole appalling affair. (And keep in mind that Mississippi is RED RED RED.) But this was seen as an act of cruelty and domination, pure and simple.
