I’m not really an empathic person, and largely because empathy is often a tool to coerce people into behaving a certain way. A lot of the time “empathy” is just affirming a person that ultimately doesn’t deserve empathy at all, or some completely foolish political cause.

Unfortunately, I see a conflict among some of the 'commitments.'

Love it and try my best everyday to abide by those plus a few more of my own as well,
Plus I also have one of my own as handed down to me by my Cherokee ancestors, " Take ONLY what you truly need and ALWAYS give back more than you take."
