What are your thoughts?
I don't know but I'll decide how Igeel about it when Iget one!
The thing Iknow that is hard to understand about men and their dicks is the insecurity most of ue feel when we see them in porn pics. so as a way for someone that is insecure, some reasons are and in no particular order are: the guy is a self consious jerk and thinks his is the best you have ever seen. the guy is a self consiuos jerk and byt sending a pic he is looking for affirmation. why yes that is a good looking dick. and then the best slice you women can get in is to say Ithought they were bigger than that. some think it is their best part, (maybe with good reason), Iam 60 years old and while Ihave sent said pics, it was only after being asked, and Istill feel embaressed to admit it even now. Iguess what Iam saying is that to most of us it is the most useful tool we have in out toolkit. and yes it gets overused by idiots.all Ican say is sorry to being a dick, it is just who we men are at times. sorry lol
"Men notoriously misperceive women's sexual interest in them and project their own sexual interests and desires onto women,"....."One issue is that men just aren't good at hearing, or responding to "No.""
Yes! So much yes!!
As a woman who has recieved them unsolicited, this is a GREAT question. My theories are thus:
The man fears rejection based on his face, therefore hopes you will be amazed by his average looking penis?
He is a sexual predator and is on the police sheet for said crime and cannot show his face?
Or he just thinks his junk is so AMAZING that everyone should admire it as much as he does???
So do you report them when given the option?
@kensmile4u of course. After I harass them...
@Corvislover Good for you. I hope it helps to clean up the dating pool
Without being asked, Ihavnt got the slightest clue apart from being very shallow and assuming woman are just like men.
The article implies Dick Pics are either a strategy to trigger a response or it's compulsive behavior. But if it's a strategy that women unanimously reject (as implied by the article) then one could assume the strategic group of men would stop eventually due to lack of response (or criticism). The remaining group of men would be compulsive which is not a safe situation. It is an interesting topic that in the interest of public safety should be studied at length (no pun intended).
I saw another tread similar to this recently. I don't remember if it was here or somewhere else. The general consensus of the women who responded to the thread was to never send one unless asked, and always include at least the upper portion of the body. A pic of a dick is just that. No context. Boring. A dick is a dick is a dick. So now, thanks to those responses, I only send pics with my face included, and never without being specifically asked.
I have asked the recipients for their reaction to receiving a "dick pic" with the rest of the body and the response has been 100% positive.
Don't judge. We all have our little turn-ons.
I have no idea and some are just right of the bat. I guess when they send them pretty early on it just gives me the opportunity to see what they're working with, and know whether they're worth my time. In most cases size does matter, so It's good to know. ?
I can’t figure this out either! I did chat with woman who complained about it and then a couple of days later asked me for one! Mixed signals!
Because they Assume you will be as excited as they are by this marvelous creature attached to them
Of course you're taling about unsolicited pics.
Then again, it is our favorite part and we just want to show it off.
Have you ever seen a woman right after she's gotten a boob-job?
Not entirely a fair comparison, given how often women have had men yell, “Show us yer tits!” Showing them off is typically a little less unsolicited. (Disclosure: I have never exposed mine anywhere except a bedroom)
?
Endowment is good to have but men just don't know how women think. This is true. Imagine a couple outdoors under the stars and they have just had sex. Smoking and looking at the sky one asks the other "are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
This situation is just impossible. It pisses me off that someone might even post it as a cartoon. There is no way they are thinking the same thing, just no way, period.
Maybe men should wonder why women do not send vagina pictures. I've never known one that did.
It's the same reason that some women send tit picks.
