I do WFPBD Lifestyle. I just finished Certification with eCornell in Nutritional Studies. Dairy Products are by far the most harmful thing that anyone can eat. Whole Foods are great & it all has become so simple. You eat all that you want & are never hungry! The Nutritional Benifits are unbelieveable.
I find the less processed the food the better for you. I am now buying raw cashews, almonds, apricots, dried cranberries and popcorn for snacks. Avoiding chips unless they are baked with veggies (delicious) and crackers without additives (plain matzoh less calories). Rice cracker wasabi mix - spicy and inexpensive.
