There are SCOTUS cases that should cover this. That said, we need to wait and see. Offhand, I don't know the case, but in Education Law in college (for future teachers) they decided a case when one state wanted to pay the salaries of Catholic school teachers, fearing a Catholic school collapse would inundate public schools - ironically, back then, it was the church that fought this for fear of having to follow governmental regulations. We can only hope, if it does pass, which by the Constitution it should not, our next government will stiffen the regs, or simply enforce them.

Agree. A desire not to be judged or proselytized is not discrimination against religion.
