With the Shanghai factory opening Oct 14, 2019, it seems Tesla is about to double it's yearly sales. Moreover, the autopilot is, arguably, ready for robotaxi. I believe the Chinese will be the first to allow robotaxis. That means we are about to see Teslas driving 90% of the time, instead of sitting parked 90% of the time. Instead of carrying one person to work and home, they will carry dozens of people to work and home, and everywhere. The average person will not purchase a car.
