From a part of the article- It doesn’t appear to technically be against the rules, but it’s still cheating.

Some states have “open” primaries, where all registered voters can participate in either party’s primary contest, regardless of their party affiliation. If no rules are violated, then no cheating has occured. Like RoboGraham stated below, I call bs on this article.

Most people, in these polarized times, are too self-conscious or thin-skinned to go vote in a primary of the opposite party. I think this article is much about nothing..

Good. Sanders beats Trump by the widest margins in all but one swing state. He’s the best candidate to beat Trump. BTW, this happens in Kansas all the time. Both Republicans and Democrats do it.

Right, It's like how Hillary's team encouraged democrats to vote Trump in primaries. Whoops.
