George Carlin was very good at calling out bullshit. Yes, there's bullshit in the world, but because that's true it doesn't mean it's the case with this virus.

However, he was also a very smart guy who, if he were here, would see the many thousands of people who are dying from this global pandemic during this unprecedented time. He often poked fun at conspiracy theorists and their lazy thinking.

You also don't know how the story of these policemen without masks will end. I've also met some pretty stupid cops and Carlin talks about them too!

@Athena I said I think the hype is way worse than the problem especially as the problem is inescapable as the good doctor explains. as it goes I was one of the few who didn't have those shots that most people had. there isn't a vaccine. I carry herpes which I caught from my father genetically and if id had children they would have it as its the nature of a virus.

A friend thinks this virus was genetically created to control the world from what's to come. The government created it to bring about population control, according to him.

One said that this is world government's way to collect DNA from people and another said something else.

It´s not like a trained hound or bear that can be send out after this, but ignore that, a virus or bacteria designed to do harm will do harm indiscriminately. Which is why the international community banned such research.

This has been a favorite trope of many science fiction books, who, correctly, foretell the doom of all of us should someone decide to engineer a virus for some short term gain. There simply is no way to control a virus from biting the hand that created it.

As far as being chipped is concerned, once it´s been tested and is known to be reasonably safe, sure.

If you are waxing anti Vaxxer, go away. I have been vaccinated for everything under the sun, and then some, since before I could walk. True for my whole family (anyone associated with my fathers mother). Not one contraindication other than my sister being found to be allergic to chicken. Certain vaccines that grow their cultures in chickens eggs, she can´t use, but there are alternatives.

You are absolutely right, baseless conspiracy theories. Oh, don´t get me wrong, someone like SCROTUS or Kim Jon might well ponder such a thing, but it´s impossible to control the outcome. Sadly, I do believe SCROTUS is dense enough to think he could... or rather he would never listen to the experts warning him! He would listen to the conspiracy theorists telling him to DO exactly that (they, of course, would say that they were warning him about why this is a bad idea, but couching it in language he wouldn't´t be able to parse).
