At the top this effort is being paid for by right wing rich people. They want to disrupt the population of the country and confuse the voting public. Right wing crazies like those these people represent want a civil war where their leaders can be put into power after it is all over. Remember the Rapture is coming and the rich get to go to heaven.

These are probably shills for the insurance industry and employers. As things go now it is possible that we will bankrupt many, if not all, health insurance companies. Also big employers want to avoid paying unemployment insurance. Dead Democrats and minorities will simply be a nice side effect.
