I'm particularly concerned to see Ebola surging again. In the past it has been defeated or at least brought to a controlled level by great efforts and with monetary & research help from the United States and many of its allies. Now that Trump has disrupted virtually all systems that existed, will we be able to stem the very dangerous tide of infection ?

This is just a reality check on how fragile our exsistance truely is ; the 3 or so animal( or food supply) viruses seem like they have been here awhile.Are we learning anything ?
