That's a great article. ICE has a history of being a rogue force in periods where they are not closely regulated. ICE reports to the Department of Homeland Security, which to my mind is a shadowy agency with too much latitude in the projects it assumes. Like many policing operations ICE needs to be reined in by closely defining it's mission, and purging white nationalists from its ranks.
