If all he said was “colored population,” I think that could be a teaching moment vs. a fireable offense. He looks old. He may just need to be brought up to speed. (Of course, he could be racist ... I just don’t think this alone makes him so.)

We are all "colored". Otherwise we would be invisible. All different shades of humans here. Maybe this asshole is opaque.
